Sales Tax
Sales tax is only required for orders that are being
shipped to an address in Maine.

International Orders
At the current time we are not shipping to addresses outside the continental U.S.

Dealer's/Wholesale inquires are
always welcomed. Lampshades are our main business and we do sell them separately! Let us know the special sizes and hardware you require for lampshades to fit your lamp bases. Many designs
and colors as well as fabrics are available.

Shipping Methods: We prefer to ship by UPS
whenever possible. The day your package is shipped we will send you an e-mail with your UP tracking number (and give you brief instructions on how to

Please retain all original packing materials as this
will be needed for a refund to be issued. We are
sorry but all Custom and personalized orders cannot
be returned.

Do we have a Catalog or Brochure?
Because we are constantly adding new designs,
paint colors, paper colors and accent trims, we don't
have a printed catalog or brochure. Watch for our
new selections online!

Refund Policy:

We work with you before you place your custom
order regarding size, design, colors, and trims.
Please be very sure of your selections before
you order as we do not offer refunds on any custom
orders.

 We have developed a very good method for 
shipping our lamps and shades and very seldom
have a problem with damaged goods. If a package
is damaged you must keep it, and all of the 
packaging material for UPS to inspect.

 Please notify us promptly by either e-mail, 
phone or mail of any damage and we will instruct
you on how to return the product.
 
 We will not accept any returns without prior
 authorization.
